Hello Newborn Session
If you are looking for timeless, professional yet simple images, you are in the right place. My little white studio has beautiful soft light which together with neutral and white props, makes for wonderful pictures where the focus is simply on your newborn and you. My favourite props are your hands, as well as some textured wraps and a clean white setting. To make your experience as relaxed as possible, I provide a client closet, which features white and neutral coloured clothing for Mums and Babies to take the hassle of finding something to wear away.
Together in my studio we create galleries of images perfect for framing for the walls of your home.
I recommend booking your session as soon as you are able. I will record your estimated delivery date in my system but because babies like to come early, on time and late - the exact photoshoot date will only be determined when baby is here. A few weeks before your session we will have a personal consultation over a telephone call where we will discuss any particular wishes and answer any questions you may have. You don´t need to worry about what to wear, I have white and neutral outfits available in my client closet for mothers and babies to use at no extra cost.
Newborn Sessions are suitable up to the age of 3 months. If you are looking for teeny tiny curled up and wrapped up baby images, have your session within the first two weeks of your baby being born. If you would like to have your session when you are feeling more settled and rested, with a smiley and alert baby, have your session when baby is 6-12 weeks old. Both options lead to beautifully captured memories!
A Hello Newborn Session varies greatly in length. Sometimes babies are fussy and need more feeding, changing or winding than usual. On average, sessions last around 2 hours, but there is no set time limit as it is important to me that nobody feels rushed and that your baby is happy and satisfied.
A week or two after your session you will be able to choose your images from a beautiful online gallery, the number depending on what package you have booked. If you love many more images than you booked, it is always possible to purchase more images or upgrade to the next package. Once the final edits are complete, I send you a Download PIN for you to download your personal artwork. Your gallery can be shared with family members and friends as much as you like and soon you will be able to order prints and other high quality print products directly from your online gallery.

My home studio is a beautiful little space of soft light in a clean white setting.
My studio is fully equipped with a changing table, heat lamp, nappies and wipes.
I have a selection of neutral and white outfits for babies and mothers. Upon booking I will send you a link to view my online client closet.
My little white studio is in my home in Speyer. Parking is available directly in front of my door.
FAQ
When should I book a Hello Newborn Session?
As soon as possible! Contact me with your due date and we will plan a rough date. Babies come early and late, that's why we will only book the exact date once baby is here.
How long does a Hello Newborn Session last?
That depends on your baby. If they are sleepy and content, we can expect about 1.5 hours. If baby needs more feeds, nappy changes and settling, up to 2.5 hours. There is no set time limit.
How do I book a Hello Newborn Session?
Contact me through my website. A €50 pre-payment is required to secure the booking, which is payable through the online booking form, which I will send you.
What should we bring with us?
A pacifier, milk and any personal props you might like to include in the photoshoot.
What is an online gallery?
After your session, I will send you a link to the online gallery section of my website, where I upload a selection of the best images from your session. Your gallery is private and password protected. From there, you are able to select your chosen images, how many depends on which package you have booked.
Are family members included in the session?
Yes. All Newborn Sessions include photos with parents and siblings.
